General Shuttle Booking Terms and Conditions
Making a booking through the web page involves the express acceptance on the part of the customer of each and every general condition, which is considered an integral part of the booking in accordance with the specific legislation in force.
BOOKINGS AND REFUNDS
When a booking is made, it is done by making a secure credit card payment. Customers will receive details of their bookings by e-mail, together with an identification number (reference), and all other associated information including the conditions and refund policy.
The transaction will be carried out in POUNDS (£), no matter what the origin of the customer or the establishment selected, Unless otherwise requested.
INCLUDED WITH THE BOOKING
The services detailed according to the booking conditions.
On making the booking, the customer is fully and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all the information that has to be given. If it proves to be incorrect, this could lead to the cancellation of the booking. In case of poor service due to client culpability, Benidorm Holidays Ltd (BeniShuttle.Com) will not take any responsabilities and will not refund the money.
If the reservation is cancelled more than 2 days before the service will be refunded 100% of the reservation minus 10 £ administration fee.
If the reservation is cancelled within 2 days of the service you will lose the total amount of the reservation.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE BOOKING SYSTEM

1. AVAILABILITY SHUTTLE TRANSFERS – SHARED SERVICES
Can I make a reservation for tomorrow?
We can only confirm reservation made 12 hours before the transfer. For reservations done less than 12 hours before the transfer we can not give you a guarantee. If you have waited till the last minute please contact us by email or phone and we will check for availability.
Can I change the details once the booking is made?
The services are organised due to the given information by the client. It is up to the client to inform to BeniShuttle for any changes. You can change or modify the booking up to 48 hours before your arrival. You only have to send us an e-mail with the modifications to Bookings@AlicanteTransfers.com
How much luggage can I take with me on the transfer?
Your luggage entitlement is 1 x bag or suitcase per person, maximum wait 20 kg and maximum combined size of 158cm (length+width+height) and one hand luggage, maximum wait 5kg, maximum combined size is de 45 cm + 35 cm + 20 cm). Extra luggage has to be specified at the booking. Special baggage such as bicycles, surfboards, golf clubs, etc. must be reported on the reservation and paid extra. The transport of these items is only allowed on private transfers and with special bags.
Child and Baby seats?
Child and baby seats are only available on private transfer and VIP transfers and subject to availability. Child / baby seats will be provided if booked whenever possible, however there may be rare instances when such seats are unable to be provided due to unforeseen last minute vehicle substitutions or flight changes, for example. In such instances your will be entitled to a full refund for seats not supplied.
Cancellations by the Customer:
Reservation can be cancelled at any time. Please send us an e-mail to Bookings@AlicanteTransfers.com For cancellations longer than 48 hours before the transfer service we will refund you the paid amount minus 10 £ administration fee. For cancellations with less than 48 hours, we do not offer any refunds.
Cancellations by BeniShuttle Transfers:
we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In this case you will get the full amount refunded.

Extra luggage has to be specified at the booking. Special baggage such as bicycles, surfboards, golf clubs, etc. must be specified in the comments box (including type, weight and size) on the reservation and the extra supplement paid.
The transport of these items is only allowed on specific Shuttle Services or Private Transfers and with special bags. For any reason the weight and/or size of the special baggage does not fit into the designated vehicle, it is the clients responsibility to arrange and pay for an alternative form of transportation. Cancellations and refunds will not be admitted when these circumstances arise.
BeniShuttle can not be taken responsible for any loss or damage of your luggage. Please ensure you have a travel insurance covering any loss or damage of your luggage.
5. PAYMENTS / COSTS
Are there any supplements added to the stipulated prices?
No, there are not. We provide you with an updated website for a fixed price, without additional supplements.
How shall I pay the transfers?
Transfer fees must be paid in advance by credit cards like Visa, MasterCard , Maestro visa or PayPal.
Will I receive a booking receipt?
Yes, you will. If you don´t receive the confirmation, please check your spam box.
Is my payment by Internet secure?
Yes, it is, please click the Private Policy at the bottom right hand at the page for more information.
Will there be an extra cost for wheelchairs?
No, there won’t be. But it should be indicated in the observation field. For security and space reasons, please book a private transfer.
6. DROP OFF AND COLLECTION POINTS
Where will I be dropped off and collected from?
The drop off and pick up points of the airport shuttle transfer service are only bigger hotels or central Shuttle Drop off and Pick up Points.
You will be dropped off and collected on the main street in front of the the reception of your hotel. Clients who have booked a villa, finca (holiday cottage) or have private accommodation will be dropped off and collected at the nearest hotel.
Private and VIP Transfers:
You will be dropped off and collected from outside your accommodation.
7. AIRPORT & PORT ARRIVALS – MEETING POINT
Where will I meet the driver or airport staff?
With your booking confirmation we will send you also all the necessary information like the meeting point with your driver or our airport staff, pick up times and contact numbers.
In case of delays, We monitor all flights at all times.
What shall I do if I cannot find the driver/ representative?
If you have problems to locate your driver or the representative at the airport please contact our local 24/7 assistance. Contact details are on the bottom of the E-mail.
8. RETURN TRANSFER FROM THE RESORT TO THE AIRPORT / PORT
Pick up times for the return transfer form the resort back to the airport or port are 48 hours in advance They will be Texted to your Mobile Phone 48 hours before your return, :The collection time is scheduled on the flight time and hotel we have been given. If there is any change you must let us know immediately.
Please note that the Pick Up he Time of the return shuttle transfer are not negotiable.
If you have booked a shuttle service please be outside the main reception of your accommodation or the given pick up point where the driver can see you clearly at least ten minutes before your pick up time.
